Editor’s Picks
The Editor’s pick section is a little different from our top 10 web hosting reviews in that it is not so much a roundtable of our contributing designers and developers, each with their own critical reviews and considerations. This section is solely the responsibility of our top editor and her personal trials and experiences with web hosting. She also relies on the current and historical critical reviews and testimonies of webmasters and customers. The editor’s picks are updated only once per month in the first week of every month and information has been compiling for the past several years.

Best Support Web Hosts |
StartLogic |
Overall I agree with the other webmasters by listing StartLogic as our #1 web host on the internet. StartLogic went through a huge transition when they were purchased by the Endurance Group last year and all of their areas of service, customer support and features went through a major overhaul. The StartLogic hosting package has pretty much everything you might want included and they offer through BestWebSiteHosting.com a low introductory rate of only $4.95/mo. - Startlogic Review

BlueHost |
BlueHost was the best web host in 2005 & 2006 and was beat out in 2007 by only HostMonster. BlueHost is still one of my absolute favorite web hosts and I have most of my web hosting service accounts still with them. I host a number of sites with them including several directories, an ecommerce store, a couple of photo galleries and many friends and clients' accounts. The price is a little bit more than some of the others but the service, reliability and support are well worth every penny. - BlueHost Review

HostMonster |
HostMonster is a terrific web hosting provider and is last years' #1 web host. They have terrific customer service, a huge hosting plan and they were built on the same technologies and infrastructure as BlueHost so their hosting is rock solid. They also have a great introductory offer right now at $5.95/mo. This is hands down one of the best web hosts on the internet. - HostMonster Review

Yahoo |
I know what your thinking, Yahoo? For web hosting? Are you serious? Yes and No. Yahoo is not the right provider for you if you have been around web hosting and web site development for a while. BUT if you are new (READ GREEN) to the world of web site hosting, if you are someone who thinks they may get lost or overwhelmed then Yahoo is the place for you. I have refered hundreds of new web hosting customers who were a little unsure if they could really build a web site or make their own emails and each time Yahoo was the perfect fit, that is until they felt more confident. Yahoo offers great service and great support and is very easy to use. They are a little more expensive but when you are new to web hosting this is a great first step. - Yahoo Review

Lunarpages |
LunarPages = GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. This is the company which won best customer service in our poll in 2004, 2005, 2006 and in 2007* (tied). The lunarpages package is exceptional and they include free CoffeeCup Software a $700 value. For webmasters who want a great reliable service with outstanding support Lunarpages is the place to go. - Lunarpages Review
